Paper.
Printing does not accept errors. There is no turning back in a file that enters the offset machine. Therefore, we manage the process from digital montage to quality control with zero risk.

Pre-Press & Montage
Your PDF files are RIPped in printing standards. CMYK color separations are made and digital montage is performed on large sheets to minimize waste.

CTP Plate and Offset Printing
Zero dot loss plates are obtained with Computer to Plate (CTP) technology. It is printed on high-speed offset machines by making color control with a densitometer.

Lamination, Varnish and Extra Craftsmanship
Damp papers from printing are dried. Matte/glossy lamination coatings are made. If any, gilding, varnish or embossing operations are applied.

Bindery and Quality Control
Printed and polished works are cut in the guillotine. If there is a special die trace, it is shaped in die-cutting. It is folded, glued, packed after quality control.
